Ordering and Acceptance

14. Your order will be accepted by us when we despatch the goods to you.
Payment

16. Our liability to you will not exceed the total price charged for your order.
Shipping
17. Orders can only be delivered to an address in the Mainland USA or Canada. Overseas orders will not be accepted.
18. We do not ship to a PO Box address. In the event that a customer does enter a PO Box address for delivery, we will contact the
customer for a fixed address and amend the contact details accordingly.
19. Delivery will be made to the shipping address completed by you when you order online.
20. If there is nobody at the shipping address when we attempt to deliver the order we may charge you an additional shipping fee if a time has been agreed.

22. Whilst we endeavor to deliver goods on the day we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability if the delivery is made outside of the timescale given. If you require next day delivery please ensure that your order is placed before 2pm.
23. We cannot accept liability for any out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed delivery or delayed deliveries.
Returns Policy
We would like you to be happy with your purchase, however if you are dissatisfied:
24. Cancellation under the Cooling Off Period
a. You do not have to give a reason if you cancel your order within the cooling off period.
b. You will be responsible for returning your order to us.
c. If you do not return the order we may arrange for collection. If so, we will deduct the costs of collection from your refund.
d. Please return the goods in their original condition you received the goods, unopened and unused.
e. We will refund you within 30 days of your notice of cancellation.
f. If there is no error made by us with your order, we will refund the cost of your order and the normal postage of delivery of your order.
g. We will not refund you the cost of returning your order.
25. Return of Damaged, Defective or Wrongly Delivered goods
a. If you return any goods in your order because it is damaged, defective or wrongly delivered, we will be happy to refund the cost of delivery of your order (including any gift wrapping costs and other services provided in connection with your purchase) and we will reimburse the costs of returning the goods to us.
Returns Procedure
26. Please detach and forward the return form at the foot of the delivery note and send this with the goods you are returning.
27. On receipt of your returned goods and return form we will refund your monies in accordance with Returns Policy above.
Our Right to Cancel
28. Where prices are incorrect due to a typographical error in the pricing information we reserve the right to cancel your order.
29. We will not be held responsible for any delay or failure to comply with our obligations under these terms and conditions if the delay or failure arises from any cause which is beyond our reasonable control.
30. We will notify you by email and will replace or refund any monies paid within 30 days of your order.
